The lateral rotator group is a group of six small muscles of the hip which all externally (laterally) rotate the femur in the hip joint. It consists of the following muscles: Piriformis, gemellus superior, obturator internus, gemellus inferior, quadratus femoris and the obturator externus.🏋🏼♂️,
So is I love the outdoors and I drive a lot . Spring is here and pollen aggravates the spine and respiratory system. Perhaps because dry weather, allergies and hiking I’ve been waking up with a tense 😬 lower back. I live very close to several spas. No matter how much spa time along with a couple of attempts to getting the right massages 💆🏼♂️ I couldn’t release my heavy legs and my lower back. Finally today I was able to catch up with a massage therapist that I trust and knows his anatomy well. I told him to focus only on my lower back and legs because he was busy . In his words he said “your back is high yup” tense. Anyways it was a bit painful 😣 braking all my tension around my hip rotator muscles however I could feel my hip and lower back releasing. Why do I value great skills/massage so much? Great technical massage work is hard to find. I do great detail work because it has always brought the most immediate relief and in some cases heal chronic muscle disorders. I get inspired when I learn useful tools that have helped me so much. Perhaps this one of the reasons I do massage and I’m humble with this natural medicine. 🙏🏼☯️🙌🏼☘️🐚✨🌈🌊🌲🏆. More healing stories soon. Also if you follow my Facebook Harmonic Wellness page there is valuable information about healthy gut bacteria and which probiotics to take which I will try to cover in my next couple of day. ⚡️#anatomy #massagetherapy #naturalmedicine #heathiswealth #thrive #harmonicwellness.org #healingwithnaturalmedicine #painrelief #regularmassage #healinghands
