Yesterday was not only one of my longest busiest day but also full of emphatic compassion! As I was driving early Sunday morning thinking how I was going to make it to through the day, I saw a handicapped man with so much effort and determined to cross the street. This brought me to my heart and made me feel so much appreciation to my human life. Later that day after having massaged a wonderful couple I arrived at Ecstatic Dance and I heard a little faint sound of dog crying. Moments later I found the dog resting in the back of a car seat and I realized the dog was old and blind. The dog knew I was talking and trying to send love but couldn’t see me. As her (owner yoga teacher)came to check on her. I was moved almost to tears of the capacity for humans to love and endure! As I was finishing my work and decided to dance for a bit with some old friends. We saw a young man waking her grandmother out of the dance floor. This moved my heart again. Although my day ended till around midnight, is these moment, of emphatic compassion along with the people I get to work and meet that gave my day so much capacity,meaning,joy and purpose!🙏🏼🍁🌈🌟🤲🏼💗 #listentoyourheart #empath #belonging #compassion #human
