I went to dance practice this morning somewhat physically and emotionally raw. There I got more triggered… I’ve been having a challenge lately disconnecting from my thoughts which explains my sleepless morning. Anyhow dance is my home. It is in this environment where I can let go of my mind,find recurring themes. These themes are worth exploring especially in a culture that practices very little connection,touch or other paths to navigate life. I find it imperative around this time a year to maintain connection to hear,home…more soon. 🎨🌱
