I saw this awesome woman embodying her dance so strong and I was moved by her presence as I DJ our morning Saturday dance. Later I saw her engaging so fiercely a beautiful young man who kept meeting her with his whole embodied dance. You could see all his back muscles being engaged to meet her anger. As I opened our circle of sharing turns out that she said she is shy and the young man was her son. As a child this man thought dance was not for men. To see mother and son so beautifully meeting each other through so many emotional creative expressions brought so much power and beauty to our morning ritual environment 🙌🏼🎨🎼🐾☯️🔥#movement #dance #ritual #environment #community #embodied #expression
