Grateful for these two co-instigators! Yesterday was a challenging day both physically and technically. However once we have chosen a path with #heart there is no other choice but to show up. The past few years have been some of the most powerful rewarding, more than I would have learned in any given institution. It felt good to collaborate and have these two in the dance floor. I also felt good to be supported as a wonderful lady laid me on the dance floor after the dance to give me some physical healing.
