After a much needed retreat to the Sequoia Mountains I’m having to readjust to my city routine. I’ve become interested not only how I relate to trauma but also interested in the wonderful way nature heals. Being in a safe communal container of like minded humans I was able to discover a huge missing piece of how I relate to trauma. Being without internet for days in the wild made it easy to drop in intimately with people that can reflect back missing links of ourselves. Although part of me wants to believe I’m lost at times, I would dare to say I’m not. Being lost is what gives me new rerouting. 🌟Most of my somatic healing work, movement-practice, creative work, ritual, plant, and psychological work revolves as an attempt to bring not only awareness to our signature wounds but how we heal, relate and create…. . Language falls short. There were so many little events way beyond mind where experience became the leading grace and ointment. Whether dancing with a stranger, leading a movement class, watching swallows dive among dancers, swimming in the lake all these way of relating rewire our nervous system. These fragile archetypal wounds weave in and out in a outside a linear world disconnected from our ancestral nature. I intend to collaborate and create more environments where we can explore a sense of belonging. If you feel called to work or collaborate feel free to reach out. 🙌🏼♥️🌲🌝🐚✨🎧🌈🌀🌞💎#ritual #wellness #play #movement #belonging #trauma #myth #art #depthpsychology #nature #dance.
